Rusty Brown retired in March 2022 after 42 years in banking, most recently serving as market president of the Northern Neck Region, Atlantic Union Bank, in Warsaw, Virginia. He is also the owner of Cobham Hall Farm, a grain and timber farm. Mr. Brown serves on the board of the Farm Credit Council, a national trade organization. He also serves as the chair of the Richmond County Industrial Development Authority. 

He joined the CoBank board in 2017 and is a member of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee.

Mr. Brown holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary and has received several diplomas and certificates from banking schools.
